(KLZA)-- 25-year old Kyle F. Clow of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for arraignment on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of morphine and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving.
Clow was arrested by the Falls City Police Department October 30th after allegedly going through a STOP Sign, going up on a curb and hitting a mailbox with his vehicle coming to rest in a yard in the 2000 block of Abbott Street in Falls City.
Clow entered a plea of not guilty to the charges and a jury trial has been scheduled to begin April 8. Bond was continued in the case as previously set.
