State Representative Jerry Henry has seen several key bills get introduced into the legislative process so far in Topeka.
The Cummings Democrat sits on the appropriations committee, and says one of the big issues brought up early on is water for agricultural use.
HENRY WATER RT: :30 OC: "…daily needs."
Henry says he doesn’t have single authored legislation this year, but he has asked committees to draft bills for him this year.

Representative Henry also commented on an initiative brought up by liquor stores around the state to allow them to have tastings.
He says he hasn’t taken a position on the bill yet as he hasn’t had a chance to look over the measure introduced in the Senate.
