A special meeting of the Holton City Commission Tuesday night focused on two issues tabled at their last regular session: employee wage increases and renewal of health insurance.
City Manager Bret Bauer says Commissioners, once questions they had pertaining to the issues were answered, gave approval to both(Play Audio 15 secs)
Renewal of the insurance follows the City's recent notification that premium costs for the year showed a 9-percent decrease, which is viewed as good news, and a rare occurrence.
