Missing since last Friday, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department is continuing to seek help from the public regarding the whereabouts of a 78-year-old Frankfort man.
Francis Kramer was last seen around 10:00 Friday morning, driving a 1991 blue Chevy Lumina, on his way to the Sac and Fox Casino. The sheriff's department reports that the car displays the Kansas license plate UZR 569. The Marshall County Sheriff's Department asks anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Kramer to notify their office at 785-562-3141.
