( KNZA )-- The City of Hiawatha will be street sweeping the downtown area on Friday, weather permitting.
Crews will start at 2 o'clock in the morning. They will clean Oregon Street between Fourth and Ninth Streets; Sixth Street from Delaware to Utah Streets; the 100 block of South Seventh Street and the 600 block of Utah Street.
They ask that all motorized vehicles be removed from the streets during this time. If vehicles are not removed at any time during the project, they will be towed at the owner's expense.
