(KAIR) -- What began as a drug investigation for Atchison Police turns into serious charges for one Atchison man and an injury for another man wanted on outstanding warrants.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says the investigation began in a parking lot around 9th and Division around seven Thursday evening.

The driver from that vehicle, 27-year old Jackie Busey from Saint Joseph then fled the truck.

Horton is free on 25 hundred dollars bond.
Meanwhile, after Busey was transported to the Missouri Hospital, Atchison Police learned Busey was wanted on outstanding warrants for robbery in Buchanan County.
