(KAIR) -- A 17-year-old Atchison man has pled guilty to burglary and felony theft.
Ryan Roper made the plea Friday in Atchison County District Court.
Roper was arrested in mid-November for breaking into a home in the 1900 block of Harper Drive and taking guns, jewelry and an X-Box.
He was adjudicated earlier this year in other cases, convicted of multiple charges, including vehicular burglary and sentenced to probation.
Sentencing is set for January 7th.
Another individual allegedly involved in the burglary, Genard Rambo, will make his next appearance in court on December 21st.
Roper remains in Atchison County Jail while Rambo is out on bond.
