(KAIR) -- An alleged attempt to sell drugs in an Atchison restaurant leads to an arrest for an Atchison man.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says Gabriel Walls was arrested Saturday afternoon.

However, after being booked into the Atchison County Jail, Undersheriff Joe Butner says Walls was involved in another incident in his cell that evening.

As a result, he faces the charge of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility.
Walls remains in Atchison County Jail awaiting bond and formal charges.
