Northwest Missouri State University’s Department of Business will host a Business Visit Day Thursday, Oct. 31. The event is designed for high school students from throughout the four-state region interested in preparing for a variety of business-related careers.
High school students and their families will have a chance to attend informational sessions and visit with Northwest faculty and students, while learning about careers in marketing, management, international business, accounting, economics and finance. Tours of the Northwest campus also will be provided.
The Department of Business’ major curriculum provides in-depth content knowledge to prepare students for successful careers. The department’s exceptional faculty members are focused on student success and serve as academic advisors.
The day’s activities begin at 9 a.m. at The Station, located in the central part of the high-rise residential halls, and includes a complimentary lunch at 11 a.m. The event concludes at 1:30 p.m. To view a campus map click here.
