(KLZA)--Falls City, City Council President Jerry Oliver has filed to run for Mayor.
Oliver is serving his second term as First Ward Councilman. Oliver was appointed to the Council in 2004 and was elected to serve in 2010. He has served as Council President the past two years.
Oliver is the second person to file for the non-partisan position. Former city employee Charley Bentley filed earlier.
Incumbents have until February 18th to file and non-incumbents have until March 3, 2014 to file for the May primary election.
