(KLZA)-- Immunizations clinics are one of the many important services offered by the Southeast District Health Department which serves Richardson, Pawnee, Nemaha, Johnson and Otoe counties in Southeast Nebraska.
Health Director Kevin Cluskey says clinics are scheduled in all of the counties on a monthly basis.
Immunizations are offered in Auburn on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 9 a-m until 2 p-m and the 4th Monday from 9 a-m until 2 p-m at the Southeast District Health Department.
In Falls City at 116 West 19th Street in the Garden Level on the 4th Tuesday from 9 a-m until 1:30 p-m.
In Humboldt at Humboldt Family Medicine the 2nd Monday of the month from 9 a-m until noon.
In Tecumseh at the Home Health for Johnson County on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 9 a-m until 1:30 p-m.
In Pawnee City the 4th Wednesday of the month at the Union Bank Community Room from 9 a-m until 1 p-m.
In Nebraska City on the 1st and 4th Thursday’s of the month from 9 a-m until noon at the United Methodist Church – Wyoming Room.
If you are not sure about the vaccinations your child or you need, you may contact Southeast District Health Department for assistance.
The childhood immunization clinics serve children 0 – 18 years of age, and they try to serve children that are under and uninsured populations and Medicaid eligible children. They do ask for a $15 administration fee but the vaccination is included.
