(KTNC) - A St. Joseph woman was injured when she was thrown from a tractor on a Holt County road Saturday evening.
The Missouri State Patrol says 48-year-old Susan Trautman was a passenger on a 1953 Ford Jubilee Tractor that was being driven westbound on Mobile Lane, four miles west of Bigelow.
Susan Trautman was thrown from the tractor when it hit a bump as the driver, Matthew Trautman, attempted to make a U-Turn. The Patrol says the tractor had just completed the U-Turn when it struck the bump.
Susan Trautman was transported by helicopter to the Heartland Medical Center in St. Joseph with moderate injuries. Matthew Trautman was not injured.
