Charges have been dismissed against a 63-year-old Atchison man arrested over the weekend after allegedly firing a weapon during a disturbance.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the arrest of Joseph Blasi Saturday evening.

Blasi was freed Monday afternoon after County Attorney Gerald Kuckleman dropped the charges, reserving the right to revisit the case, if necessary.
