The Auburn City Council will meet at 7 p-m Monday evening.
Agenda items include a pair of public hearings. The first concerning an application to the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for a Nebraska Affordable Housing Program Grant and the second concerning intent to re-lend $17,000 of Community Development Block Grant monies to Arbor Manor.
In other action the Auburn Council will discuss revision of the income Re-Use Plan for Housing Rehab needed for updating an application. Approval of a real estate gift to the City of Auburn located at 716, 10th Street and 721, 11th Street.
An ordinance governing the preservation of landmarks and historical districts within the cooperative city limits will also be discussed.
Appointments and re-appointments to the Historical Preservation Board; Library Board; Planning Commission, Auburn Housing Authority and the Budget & Finance Committee are also expected.
