(KAIR) -- Exchange National Bank and Trust in Atchison has purchased and merged Rushville State Bank.
The merger became effective August 1st.
Rushville State Bank customers will now gain access to an ATM, greater loan capacity, enhanced Residential Real Estate products and upgraded electronic services.
They will now be able to have access to services in nine other branches in Northeast Kansas.
Bill Cassity, Chairman of Rushville State Bank, will remain Vice President of the now Exchange branch of Rushville.
As of August 1st, Exchange had assets of 325 million dollars and Rushville had assets of 29 million.
