(KAIR) -- A 67-year-old Nortonville man has pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of child pornography.
Burton Tribble entered the plea to the level five felony charge Thursday in Jefferson County District Court.
He was arrested in early February by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department for possession of downloaded sexually explicit internet material of children under 10.
The sheriff’s department assisted the original investigation started by the Internet Crimes Against Children division of the Wichita Police Department and the Kansas Attorney General’s office.
Sentencing is scheduled for January 24th.
