Pawnee City Man Sentenced to Prison on Gun Charge

(KTNC) - A Pawnee City man was sentenced to prison in Richardson County District Court this week.
 Twenty-one year-old Travis Ries was sentenced to five to seven years in prison after he was convicted on a Class 3 felony charge of Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
 Ries was one of three people charged after they allegedly attempted to sell two stolen guns to a Humboldt woman in January 2012.
 Ries will be eligible for parole after serving two-and-a-half years.  He was given credit for 71 days he’s already served in prison.
