(KAIR) -- Atchison County has a new Deputy County Clerk.
Josh Wheeler was recently hired to take the place of Shelley Campbell, who left the position when she won election to the Register of Deeds office and took over that position in January.
Wheeler, a native of Columbus, Ohio, came to Kansas on a track scholarship for Highland Community College.
He earned his Associates Degree in Business in December 2012 and says he plans to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in the future online through Kansas State University.
