(KAIR) -- After five months of research, the USD 377 Facilities Planning Team recommends a new school and a November bond election to fund it.
Chairman Justin Bottorff presented the recommendation to the school board Monday night.
The recommendation includes a proposal to build a new PreK through eighth grade building in Effingham.
The board took no action Monday on the committee’s recommendation.
