(KTNC) - The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has awarded a contract for repairs to Interstate 29 in Atchison County.
The Commission awarded the contract for pavement repairs to Herzog Contracting in the amount of just over $1.5 million.
Repairs will be made beginning just south of the Watson exit to one-and-a-half miles north of U.S. Highway 136 near Rock Port. Motorists can expect single lane closures throughout the project. Specific details about the project will be released later.
The Atchison County project is one of five contracts the commission awarded recently.
