A 64 year old Atchison man is in jail for alleged unlawful touching of a child under 14.
Ronald Oden was taken into custody Wednesday by Atchison Police on the charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says this came after a lengthy investigation where they allege Oden unlawfully touched a 12 year old girl in the summer of 2011.
Oden’s awaits formal charges bond has yet to be set.
