A 30 year old Atchison man is in custody on a felony forgery and misdemeanor theft charge.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the arrest of Aaron Habegger.
WILSON HABEGGER RT: :14 OC: “…family member.”
Habegger remains in Atchison county jail on a 10 thousand dollar bond.
He will make his next appearance in Atchison County court on January 30th.
