A 52 year old Atchison man released on a PR bond a week ago on another felony theft case is back in Atchison County Jail on a new felony theft charge.
Ricky Godshall was arrested by Atchison Police on Friday for allegedly taking items worth less than a thousand dollars from Wal-Mart.
Since he has two or more prior theft convictions, the theft turns into a felony.
Godshall made his first appearance Monday in Atchison County Court and bond was set at five thousand dollars.
He remains in Atchison County Jail as of Monday afternoon.
He is also awaiting an April 2nd sentencing on another theft case that occurred last month.
