A rural Mayetta man is in custody, held on drug related charges, following his arrest by Jackson County authorities.
According to Sheriff Tim Morse, a search warrant was served, following an attempt to serve an arrest warrant, at 16072 L.4 Lane in rural Mayetta.
Arrested at the scene Thursday was 25-year-old Patrick Ray Potts, taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated endangering of a child.
Potts remains jailed in Jackson County, with bond pending.
Potawatomi Tribal Police assisted with the incident.
