02/21/2013

(KTNC) - A Falls City man received probation after he was found guilty on two felonies.
Twenty-two year-old Daniel Worton was sentenced Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to five years of intensive supervision probation with work ethic camp after he was found guilty on Class 4 felony counts of Attempted Burglary and Attempted Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
Worton had pleaded No Contest to the charges on January 8th.
The charges stemmed from a break in at 202 East 8th Street in Falls City last July 31st.
Officials alleged that Worton and 18-year-old Chance Dunback of Salem broke into the home of Robert Blain early last July 31st, pointed a gun at his head, and demanded medication.
