(KAIR) -- A Jefferson County man has pleaded guilty to threatening a board member of his homeowner association with a gun in mid-February.
Herman Wyatt entered the plea Thursday in Jefferson County District Court to charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threat and possession of marijuana.
Sentencing is set for June 6th.
Wyatt is free on bond.
