(KLZA) A Texas man has been sentenced to prison on four felony counts in Nemaha County, Nebraska.
25 year old Anthony L. Washington was sentenced Wednesday in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court.
On a charge of burglary., Washington was sentenced to a period of 4 to 6 years in prison. He was allowed credit for 511 days served.
On a charge of robbery, Washington was also given 4 – 6 years.
On a charge of assault in the second degree, Washington was sentenced to a period of 3 – 5 years in prison and on a charge of false imprisonment in the first degree he was given 3 – 5 years.
All four sentences are to be served concurrently.
In addition to the prison time, Washington was ordered to pay more than $800 in court costs.
