(KAIR) -- The campaign finance reports have been released for Atchison County candidates.
The finance period runs from July 27th Through October 25th.
For Atchison County Sheriff candidates, Republican Jack Laurie reported 562 dollars on hand prior to the period, while earning six thousand 340 dollars and spending 62 hundred 64 dollars, leaving him with 637 dollars on hand.
Laurie had also listed two thousand 661 dollars in schedule d contributions, which include his own personal debts or loans.
His opponent, incumbent Democrat John Calhoon reported 971 dollars on hand at the beginning of the reporting period, earning two thousand 209 dollars and spending 17 hundred 46 dollars, leaving him with 14 hundred 34 dollars cash on hand.
Calhoon reported zero schedule d contributions.
For the 3rd District Atchison County Commissioner race, Democratic nominee Mary Perkins reported 868 dollars of in-kind contributions while Republican Henry W. “Bill” Pohl hasn’t produced a report.
Anyone who has received or spent less than 500 dollars on their campaign is exempt from reporting.
For the Register of Deeds race, Democratic nominee Katie Vollmer reported 745 dollars in contributions, as well as spending 745 dollars, while Republican nominee Shelley Campbell reported 70 dollars in contributions, as well as 722 dollars of schedule d contributions.
