Atchison Business May Match Scouts Food Pantry Efforts
11/01/2012

(KAIR) -- An Atchison business is willing to match pounds of food if the area boy scouts can meet a goal of their own.

Country Mart has agreed to match one thousand pounds of food for Atchison food pantries if the Scouting for Food initiative can collect 15 hundred pounds of non-perishable items Saturday morning.

Citizens can help out by simply setting items outside their door by nine Saturday morning for them to pick up.

If your items do not get picked up Saturday, contact Derek Franklin at 426-1481.
