(KAIR) -- A 31-year-old Atchison man, already in custody for aggravated burglary charges gets more burglary charges stemming from alleged incidents prior to his arrest.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says they gave Matthew Billington new charges on Tuesday.

Earlier this week, Billington was taken into custody for aggravated burglary and theft for allegedly entering into a local grocery store where he was banned and taking over 500 dollars in items.
He could also be subject for probation revocation on a felony theft conviction earlier this year.
Billington remains in Atchison County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond and awaits bond and formal charges on the new counts.
