The recommendation was made Wednesday in their regular monthly meeting.
Community Development Director Stefanie Leif says the changes will affect some properties on the city limit outskirts.

Planning Commissioners also passed a setback variance for Ernie Carter to build an above-ground pool at 705 Park Street four to two.
Dissenting Commissioners expressed a different location for the pool to be place, but Carter said no other locations on the property are feasible.
Commissioners also approved a conditional use permit for a new used car business on the corner of U.S. 59 and George Street for Anthony Brungardt.
Leif says Brungardt’s hoping to open within a couple of months upon closing of the property.
Planning Commissioners had 12 to 15 people in attendance for another workshop on drafting the proper ordinance for regulation of signs on businesses.
Another workshop was scheduled for the December 5th meeting and she invites all business owners to attend to give feedback.
