The Council also approved two ordinances accepting bids sold at auction this past weekend.  Four lots in the Sheridan addition north of the Shell Station sole for $15,500 and two lots in the Crestview Addition sold for $8,000 total. The Sheridan lots had been purchased by the Auburn Development Corporation seven years ago, and the lots became City Property.  The purchaser is hoping to build a business at that location.
The Crestview lots will hopefully become the site of some new housing.
