USD #377 Atchison County Community Schools Effingham Junior Senior High School is pleased to announce the candidates for 2021-22 King and Queen of Mats. Queen candidates are Allison Bilderback, daughter of Wade and Pam Bilderback; Kelcei Clem, daughter of Jordan and Amy Clem; and Lily Smith, daughter of Lyle and Karrie Smith. King candidates are Jaron Chew, son of Ryan and Leslie Chew; Keegan Lott, son of Luke and Ashley Lott; and Mason Scholz, son of Trevor and Kristie Scholz. The crowning ceremony will take place Friday, December 17, 2021, in the ACCES Gym, at 5:20 p.m., prior to the home wrestling double dual. Valley Falls Donuts and Drinks had a great turnout! I know some couldn’t come due to Covid testing but we will catch them on Sunday at 4:30 for our first skills clinic.
